A. LP- Gas：
Propane (C3H8) belongs to hydrocarbon, which make up of carbon and hydrogen. Methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6), butane (C4H10) also belong to hydrocarbon. Propane and butane are known as Liquefied Petroleum Gases, which formed when the crude oil being refined and then produced hydrocarbon, after segregating by gas factory and with the minimum temperature and maximum pressure liquefy (C3H8 boiling point-44℉, C4H10 boiling point - 127℉). Propane is the colourless, flavourless and poisonous gas, life form will be poisoned to death if breathe in over the limit. We add some odorous-gas dose in the liquefied process in order to know whether is gas-leaked.
B. Cylinder valve：
In order to prevent being poisoned from gas leak, it is very important to install a Cylinder Valve. So a Cylinder Valve must be of the following construction and function on safety and convenience:

2. Pressure release institution:
While fire happening, the gas cylinder is being heated which make the pressure inside the cylinder rising rapidly and over limit, we should have pressure release institution to release the gas and prevent gas cylinder exploding.
3. Liquid level showing gauge:
To show how much LPG in the cylinder left, in order to know when should change gas cylinder or need to refill gas.
C. Safety equipment:
When use the cylinder gas, could install some safety equipment Is necessary for enhancing safety:
1. Over-flow limit valve:
When gas pipe burst and over-flow largely, over-flow limit valve will turn off automatically.
2. Anti-leakage installment:
Anti-leakage installment will cut off the gas forcibly when you go out or sleep, anti-leakage of stove and rubber pipe will stop the gas valve so that can prevent disaster.
3. Leakage measure instruction equipment:
We usually pay no attention on slight leakage, but it is not rare to see people being poisoned to death while in bed and all the exits closed. Leakage measure equipment can help us to prevent disaster.
4. Anti-careless installment:
In industrial society, the busy live often make us forget to turn off the stove, cook the food or burn up the food. All of which are easy to cause fire. Anti-careless installment can control regularly to enhance safety.
How it works for our main product PDQOPD valve as following:
1. Liquid propane(dark blue in illustration at left) is filled in the cylinder from OPD vale.
2. Liquid propane is filled in the cylinder constantly. The float keeps rising because of the Liquid propane buoyancy. At the same time, the cam (yellow) of float shank is rotated by tug, and the spindle (orange) and the piston drop by rotating of the cam.
3. When Liquid propane is filled in the cylinder and reach to a safety position around 80%. The cam would just it self and turn to Recess. The propane builds up pressure in the chamber. And pushes the piston up to form a seal, effectively stopping the filling process.
4. After filling the Liquid propane and using for some time then follow the above process 1,2, and 3 repeat again.
